Goodbye Mr MacKenzie – Rescheduled

Unfortunately due to the uncertainty around holding full sized shows in the summer the decision has been taken to reschedule the Goodbye Mr Mackenzie show at The Cluny in Newcastle to 12th February 2022.

All tickets remain valid for the new date and refunds can be obtained from the point of purchase if required.

Tickets for the show are still available from SEE Tickets etc and from the venue directly when open.

Band Of Holy Joy – October 16th

Mega pleased to confirm the return of long time favourites the BAND OF HOLY JOY to The Westgarth Social Club on Saturday 16th October.

The band release their new album DREAMS TAKE FLIGHT on May 15th on vinyl and CD.

They have also just staged Notes From A Gallery, a four day online collaboration between Band Of Holy Joy and Whitechapel’s Gallery 46.

Dreams Take Flight is the inspiration for eight films, each commissioned for a song on the album. Two films are screened every night during the live streams. Other content includes poetry, soundscapes, debate and light installations from Inga Tillere and Bjorn Hatleskog.

The Len Price 3 – Sat Sept 18th

A garage pop band hailing from the Medway Towns. Their sound is forged in the Medway tradition, fusing driving energy, catchy hooks and a raw 60’s garage sound. On disc and at live shows The Len Price 3 offer a truly memorable and invigorating sonic experience and make a very welcome 3rd return to The Westgarth Club.

The band have just released a bew Limited Edition Green vinyl EP entitled “The Strood Recording Company” and very good it is too.
